Residencial Tres Cales is a fully registered company in Spain with an accredited C.I.F. number. It is fully insured for liability insurance, and each villa comes with its own 10 year insurance and guarantee.

All parts of the construction process are quality checked by external surveyors, ensuring that the villa is built to the highest possible specified standard, thus giving you, the client, security and peace of mind.
