Our aim is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and we therefore offer a personal service. To this end, it is company policy for you, our client, to be given the names of two people in the company as the points of contact, from your first enquiry to completion of the purchase.

We do, of course, prepare all legal documents which will be provided in English/French/German as well as Spanish. Should you wish to arrange a mortgage on your property we can also introduce you to several local banks.

If you would like to visit the area and see your villa under construction, then we can arrange accommodation for you in one of our rental properties- why not take a short break and spend a few days exploring the area?

Our service to you does not end with the completion of the purchase. Should you be letting the villa out as a holiday rental or even having just friends and family stay then we can offer you a maintenance and cleaning service. We can do as much or as little as you wish, from our full contract service to something as simple as ensuring that someone is at the villa to greet the guests upon arrival and hand them their keys.
