In the Villa

• Arranging to meet guests and welcome them to the villa.
• Cleaning the villa at change over time, to include changing all bed linen and towels, and ensuring that the villa is in a clean and tidy state for the next guests. All in all, to ensure that the villa is just as you would like to find it upon arrival on holiday.
• Preparing a welcome pack for guests.
• Laundering of towels and bed linen.
• Redecorating the villa each year.
• Arranging any necessary repairs and replacing broken crockery etc.
• Outside: Maintaining the swimming pool and gardens.

Owners opting for a maintenance contract/agreement will be given a full report on a monthly basis detailing all action taken. At that time a bill will also be sent to you for the work detailed. Prices for these services are available upon request.
